    March 28, 2013 - Kering (PPR) announces that Redcats has closed the sale of its Children and Family division, consisting of the Vertbaudet and Cyrillus brands, to Alpha Private Equity Fund 6 (’APEF 6’).

    February 5, 2013 - PPR announces that Redcats has closed the sale of the OneStopPlus Group (the plus-size business of Redcats USA) to Charlesbank Capital Partners and Webster Capital. OneStopPlus Group consists of the OneStopPlus.com, Woman Within, Roaman’s, Jessica London, fullbeauty, KingSize, BrylaneHome and Bargain Catalog Outlet brands.

    December 17, 2012 - PPR announces that Redcats has transferred the shares of The Sportsman’s Guide and The Golf Warehouse to Northern Tool + Equipment (NTE). The payment of the transaction was received under the terms announced on 8 November 2012.
