To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, Vertbaudet has associated itself with UNICEF by creating an anniversary 'Children’s Rights' T-shirt and rag doll. Each time one of these products is purchased, Vertbaudet donates 1.50 euros to UNICEF, which is the equivalent of 20 vaccination doses.
Vertbaudet supports UNICEF in its immunization program in the Central African Republic. The objective is to protect children from preventable diseases affecting the lower age groups. Since 2007, 693,072 children aged below 5 have been immunized against measles, in part thanks to Vertbaudet's contribution.
