Acquisition of a 50% stake in La Maison de Valérie.

Le Printemps launches a take over bid/share exchange offer to raise
its interest in La Redoute to over 50%. Acquisition of Vertbaudet.
Acquisition of a 25% interest in Empire Stores (UK).

The company updates its corporate name from "Filatures de La Redoute" to "La Redoute à Roubaix".
La Redoute divests its manufacturing activities to focus exclusively on mail-order.

Filatures de La Redoute ramps up its order fulfilment and introduces 48-hour deliveries.

"Filatures de La Redoute" publishes its first mail-order catalogue with 16 pages of knitwear.

Birth of the "Filatures de La Redoute" brand. The company makes its debut in mail-order retail with its first knitting wool catalogue.
