Supplier Relationships
Redcats Asia has defined a procedure to formally start the process. A clear set of objectives for suppliers, which include required levels of quality, capacity, price and suppliers’ alignment with Redcats’ strategic objectives, are the prerequisite. We believe communication for both sides is significant for long term growth.
Category Management
Category Management is a major source of competitive advantage for Redcats Asia as it enables the Group to buy goods from the best location and lowest cost producers. Redcats Asia has 8 sourcing offices in Bangladesh, Shanghai, Qingdao, Dalian, Hong Kong, India, Pakistan and Turkey. With input from Category Management, all products are now sourced from the location that can offer the best for the Group.
