1901 - Company founded.

1982 - Company name changed to Brylane when acquired by The Limited.

1993 - 60% of Brylane was purchased from The Limited by Freeman Spogli & Company, a prominent investment firm.

1997 - Became a public company listed on the NYSE.

1998 - 47% of Brylane was acquired by Pinault-Printemps-Redoute (PPR), a catalog and retailing conglomerate based in France and traded on the French Stock Exchange.

1999 - PPR completed its acquisition of Brylane.

2004 - Brylane changes its name to Redcats USA.

2005 - Pinault-Printemps-Redoute changes its name to PPR.

2006 - Redcats USA acquires The Sportsman’s Guide, and its subsidiary, The Golf Warehouse.
Launch of OneStopPlus.com – world’s first and only online plus-size fashion mall.

2007 - Redcats USA acquires United Retail Group (Avenue brand), which includes approximately 450 stores in 37 states.

2010 - Sylvain Desjonquères joins Redcats USA as President and CEO.
Special Sizes Division changes name to OneStopPlus.com Division.
