RECOGNIZING AND REWARDING PERFORMANCE

  • In accordance with the Group's performance culture, all managers' compensation packages comprise a variable part linked to the achievement of objectives.
    The level of each employee's individual contribution is regularly assessed through performance evaluation interviews.

 

  • In all French structures, collective performance is rewarded through profit-sharing and a company shareholding scheme.
    The employee may invest all or part of the amounts attributed to him from the profit sharing scheme into one of the four funds which make up the Redcats company savings plan.
