After two years of proven experience in your job, and with the assistance of your manager and HR office, you have the possibility to start a search for another post within the Group.

  • WANTING TO CHANGE JOBS
    It's a question of opportunity. My former manager went to work in Sweden with the Redcats Nordic division. He asked me to join him, and I accepted!
    My prime motivation was to take up new challenges. The opportunity of discovering a new country, of delving into a new culture also... I had previously lived in England and the experience had been extremely rewarding. I felt like renewing the experience.

              The Human Resources team of Redcats Nordic helped me tremendously to handle all the practical aspects of my move. This made things easier for me on my arrival in Sweden. As everything was new, it was a particularly exciting time…
              On a professional level, I very quickly became familiar with the various financial processes and was soon given fairly large projects to handle. I found my feet very quickly!

            • Among the means at your disposal to satisfy your desire to move, the "Moovenet" internal recruitment site posts the Group's job offers. For 15 days, the job offers are accessible only to PPR employees to promote internal mobility, before being published externally.

             

            • Moreover, Human Resource players meet within Mobility Committees on a regular basis.             CHANGES

             

            Since 1999, an employment coordination service encourages and supports the reclassification of PPR employees affected by company restructuring operations. With a network of correspondents for each brand, it ensures that job priority is given to the employees of Redcats and PPR.
