• To promote the immersion of newcomers, Redcats Group has defined a specific integration processes.
  

Redcats Newcomers’ day

• The "Newcomers’ day" seminar enables new managers to meet the members of the Management Committee and discuss the group’s strategic direction with each of them.
• Length of the seminar: a day and a half, to enable newcomers to acquire a global vision. This ritual helps participants create an international network and establish links with employees from all brands in all countries.
  

Discovering the Brand

• In parallel, each brand has a specific integration process, in close collaboration with HR departments and operational managers.
• Thus, during their first week at La Redoute, new employees exclusively spend their time discovering the company: getting acquainted with the clientele via call centres, learning about the catalogue design process with the product teams, and seeing the logistic workings of home shopping.
