Variety of our brands, markets/countries, jobs, etc. Being adept of diversity, we recruit profiles stemming from a multitude of horizons; a blend which fosters creativity.

On 1st April 2005, Redcats Group signed the Diversity Charter along with PPR.

We impart to our employees our six attitudes, which are the basis of our group spirit.

step 1: application field online

You can file an unsolicited application ("File your application" section) or reply to a job offer which appeals to you ("Our job offers" section). Filling in the application form will take you about ten minutes giving information on the following: your educational background, your skills and work experience.
As soon as your application has been filed, you will receive a confirmation stating that your profile has been recorded.
A quick and safe operation: you can be sure that the recruiter concerned will receive your application directly.

step 2: application short-listing

Your application will then be examined by the recruiter concerned.
With the information you have provided, he/she will check whether your profile matches the job offer: experience, skills, etc.
If your application is successful, you will receive a phone call to set a time and date for an interview.

step 3: job interview

The interview process generally involves several phases. You will fist meet HR recruiting officers and operational managers. During the HR meetings, the recruiter's objective will be to thoroughly understand your job history, grasp your motivations, ensure that your skills match the job requirements and assess your growth potential within our group.
The operational managers will discuss the precise job assignment with you and make sure you have the required technical skills.

step 4: decision

The decision is taken jointly by the HR officers and operational managers at the end of the interview process.
If, in the end, you are not selected for the job, your application will be kept, subject to your approval, and you may be contacted for other jobs if opportunities better suited to your profile arise.

step 5: contract proposal

Once you have definitely been selected for the job, a contract proposal will be made to you by the human resource manager, who will answer all your queries.

step 6: job entry

For your first weeks of work within the company, you will benefit from an integration programme, put forward by your manager in collaboration with your HR officer. Its objective is to help you discover Home Shopping and your new employer.
