« Creating an environment that is rich in learning opportunities, where our people can be challenged and grow. »

Sharon MacBeath, SVP, HR of Redcats Group

How ?

Once a year, there is a formal discussion between the employee and the manager called a Development Review. The objective is to discuss his/her ambition and to co-create a development plan to help the individual perform bettering current role and work towards future objectives. Among possible actions: new projects, coaching, participation in training...

People Reviews allow the Group to anticipate development opportunities, assess people who have potential and actively manage internal mobility and succession plans.

Exposing executives to different experiences in new positions or environments: after a first successful experience, moves between Redcats Group brands or divisions are actively encouraged.

Redcats Group has developed internal university, deploying training sessions on industry-specific skills such as branding, direct marketing, product development and e-commerce. SPEED sessions are conducted by “experts” within Redcats as well as from outside of the Group. Our university aims at putting newcomers in the « home shopping » picture and helps employees keep up with the latest developments and competencies in our industry.
