Redcats Group - along with PPR - has a culture of performance, entrepreneurship.
To build an exciting, high-performing workplace and constantly develop people, we have launched the Redcats Group Leadership Competencies. These 7 competencies define the key behaviors Redcats Group expects of its employees in order to deliver results and keep our Employer Brand promise: offer our associates a professional life rich in adventure.

Once a year, a formal performance review is conducted in which past and future objectives, as well as overall performance are discussed. Outcomes are reported through the Redcats Group online performance management system.
Another formal face-to-face meeting takes place in the middle of the year in the form of a Development Review.
